Daniel Bailey is the founder, President & CEO of Aspire Homes. As President & CEO, Dan focuses on the strategic direction of the company, including key real estate acquisitions and new development ventures.
Dan has been a real estate entrepreneur since age eighteen, and has founded numerous successful real estate investment firms over his 40-year experience in the industry.
Early in his career, Dan operated a diversified real estate acquisition company with divisions focusing on residential sales, independent escrow, property management, trust deed collections, land subdivision and custom homebuilding across several states. To adapt to an evolving marketplace, Dan’s business shifted focus to acquiring and rehabilitating over 500 single-family homes, 50+ apartment buildings and numerous commercial properties.
Under his leadership, Aspire Homes focuses on the unique custom design and construction of Mid-Century Modern homes that the Palm Springs market has come to admire and desire.

Marlene Y. Bailey serves as Executive Vice President of Aspire Homes. As Executive Vice President, Marlene works directly with her husband Daniel N. Bailey, President & CEO of Aspire Homes, on all company projects including the custom design and construction of Aspire’s Mid-Century Modern custom homes.
Prior to joining Dan at Aspire Homes, Marlene worked exclusively for noted law firms and a full-service real estate company heading its legal administrative departments. Additionally, Marlene handled the licensing of escrow companies, personnel and branch offices under the Department of Corporations, as well as all legal compliance issues and registration documentation and compliance for over 150 escrow employees in eight branch offices with the Department of Corporations and the Escrow Agent’s Fidelity Corporation.
At Aspire Homes, Marlene has been intimately involved with the company’s site selection of new home lots and design features of the Mid-Century Modern custom homes.
